The meter runs from the moment a human answers and the call is bridged to your agent until hang-up. Busy signals, no-answers, voicemail, and machine pickups never consume your included bucket.
What happens when the included minutes run out?
The account asks for a prepaid refill at €0.18/min before more connected minutes are used. That keeps billing predictable instead of silently adding post-paid charges.
Do I need my own SIP carrier or phone contracts?
No. TeleConvo is a managed service: numbers, carrier capacity, and call routing run under our infrastructure. You bring leads and agents; we run the telephony.
Can I bring the phone numbers we already use?
Yes, for fixed numbers, through the assisted migration setup (€1,500+ depending on the carrier process and documents). Mobile caller IDs come from the TeleConvo-managed rotation pool.
How do agents take the calls?
In the browser, through the WebRTC Agent Console — no desk phones or softphone installs. Answered leads reach a ready agent in about one beat (~24ms after bridge).
Is there a free trial?
We run paid pilots instead: standard setup (€750) plus one month of your plan. If the pilot doesn't deliver, the plan fee is refunded; the setup fee covers real configuration work and is not refundable.
